While using MSent, you don't need to worry about finding the inmate's address, finding envelopes, getting stamps, handwriting a letter, or printing photos. We take care of it all for you so that you can connect and share moments with your inmates contacts easier than ever before.
Simply log in to the website or mobile app, select an inmate contact, write a message, add photos, and submit your order. MSent will take care of the rest!
MSent is available on the web and is also available as a mobile app in both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
When adding an inmate contact, we only ask that you enter a Name, State, and an Inmate ID – no address required. Using the State and Inmate ID, we'll keep track of the inmate's current mailing address for you so that you don't need to worry if the inmate changes locations. Beyond that, MSent offers the simplest and most convenient process online for sending mail and photos to your inmate contacts.
